Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 30, 2024

This privacy policy is provided by the LA Clippers LLC, Forum Entertainment LLC, Clippers G League LLC, and Murphy’s Bowl LLC also doing business as Halo Sports and Entertainment (collectively “Company,” “we,” and “us”). We own and operate venues that host sports and live entertainment events, such as Intuit Dome and Kia Forum, as well as the LA Clippers and Clippers G League professional sports teams.

This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information about you in connection with our products or services, including our websites, mobile applications, events and venues, and when you otherwise interact with us.

We may change this policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we will provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our websites or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND SOURCES

The information we collect about you depends on how you interact with us or use our services. See below for more details.

Visiting the Intuit Dome

This section applies if you attend events at the Intuit Dome, whether for LA Clippers or to see other live entertainment. At the end of this section, we have noted practices that only apply to the LA Clippers events and fans.

● Face recognition devices:

● Game Face ID:  Intuit Dome offers face recognition technology, called Game Face ID, for seamless entry, shopping and other perks. Use is voluntary. If you use it, we collect a selfie photo and generate face recognition data that is used to uniquely identify you at the arena. We may also infer whether you are over 21 from your selfie photo.

● Other Guests: If you do not enroll in Game Face ID, our devices still capture an image and temporarily create face recognition data, but this face recognition data will (1) only be used to determine if there is a match to an enrolled Game Face ID, (2) not be used to uniquely identify you, and (3) only live briefly in our systems and then will be deleted.

●  Seamless shopping: Most of our Intuit Dome stores offer grab-and-go technology to help you get back to your seats faster and enjoy the event. This technology is designed to capture images and track movements within the store to see what you want to purchase, including date and time of purchase and amount of purchase. We link your purchases to your Intuit Dome account, either through use of Game Face ID or the tap of a phone or wristband, and charge your saved payment method. If you do not have a saved payment method in your account, we will ask you to tap your payment method at the store and may save this payment method to your Intuit Dome account if you do not already have one.

● CCTV: As with most venues, we use CCTV cameras to capture photographs and video recordings within and around the venue.

● Location tracking: We collect information about your location at the Intuit Dome in a few different ways. See Your Privacy Rights and Choices for choices available to you on location collection.

● Checkpoints: We may detect your presence as you are using or walking by various points at the Intuit Dome. For instance, when you come up to our access control points located around the arena (like at the ticket gate, or club, suite or store entrance), we will register that you have been there at a specific time and date (such as through Game Face ID or when you tap your phone or wristband).  And, if you use our wayfinding tools, Bluetooth sensors will determine that you were in proximity to those signs.

● Seat presence:  The seats use Bluetooth sensors and ultra wide band to determine if your mobile device is in or near a particular seat, including how long you have been in that seat.

● Parking garage:  Our garage uses automated license plate recognition (“ALPR”) to take a picture of vehicle license plates entering the garage. We use this ALPR data to charge for parking, for safety and security purposes (including investigations), and to comply with legal requirements. View our ALPR policy for more details.

● LA Clippers fan engagement: This paragraph only applies if you attend a LA Clippers game at Intuit Dome. We’ve equipped the Intuit Dome with various sensors to help encourage fan engagement at the Intuit Dome, including through our loyalty program when you attend LA Clippers games. For example, decibel-level readers at the arena are designed to capture how loudly and when you cheer or clap (like for the home or away team), and to determine whether you are sitting or standing. These sensors do not collect the contents of any communication. We also collect information about your use of armrest buttons during basketball games (such as to vote on a question asked on the video board at Intuit Dome). And, whether or not you’re enrolled in Game Face ID, we use images collected from our Game Face ID devices at LA Clippers games to help determine if you’re wearing LA Clippers gear, which can lead to rewards as part of our loyalty program. We also collect details on whether you receive or redeem any loyalty program rewards or offers.

Visiting the Kia Forum

When you visit the Kia Forum, we collect a more limited set of information as follows:

●  Seamless shopping: Some of the stores at the Kia Forum offer grab-and-go technology to help you get back to your seats faster and enjoy the event. This technology is designed to capture images and track movements within the store to see what you want to purchase, including date and time of purchase and amount of purchase.

● CCTV: As with most venues, Kia Forum has CCTV cameras that capture photographs and video recordings within and around the venue.

Our Websites and Apps

When you use our websites or mobile apps, we collect the following information:

● Account information: You provide us information when you create an account or update your profile, which can include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo, payment method, vehicle information for parking (including license plate number and make and model), your ticket passes, other guests you want to sit with (for Wall Passes) and any other information you choose to provide.

● Location information: In addition to location information collected at Intuit Dome, with your permission, we also collect information about the precise location of your device from our mobile app. See the Your Privacy Rights and Choices section below for choices available to you on location collection. In addition, we may generate your approximate information based upon the IP address you use when accessing our websites and mobile apps.

● Usage information: We collect information about your device and how you access our websites and mobile apps, including mobile device type, device operating system, IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed, links or buttons clicked, and the page you visited before navigating to our websites.

● Purchase information: We collect information about your online store purchases, such as product details, purchase price, and date and location of the transaction.

● Cookies and similar tracking technologies: We and our service providers use tracking technologies, such as cookies and SDKs, to collect information about your interactions with our websites and mobile apps. The information these technologies collect include your IP address, mobile device ID, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked. See the Your Privacy Rights and Choices section below for details on choices available to you.

If you choose to verify your age with CLEAR, we will also receive information from CLEAR, including a CLEAR ID and whether you are over the age of 21. And, if you are added as a linked account on another person’s account, then that other person may provide us with your name and date of birth.

● Additional Sources: When you buy a ticket for one of our events through a ticketing agency, such as Ticketmaster, we receive information about your purchase, which can include your name, a Ticketmaster ID, contact information, and ticket(s) purchased.
